HolyShirt Sample Policy

HolyShirt is Australia's largest online 'No Minimum' Custom Print & Embroidery Company.

Our online range grows continuously and we spend a lot of time loading new products to our webstores so you the

valued customer can design and order your custom clothing from the comfort of your home or office.

Being online requires HolyShirt to be able to pivot to meet our client's needs and our Samples Policy reflects this.

 

Sample Policy Rules

If you want a printed sample, select a single item in our webstore, place your design using our designer, and then add it to the cart.

The price our system quotes is the price you will pay.

Printed samples are not returnable!

 

Should you need product samples follow the instructions below.

1. You may order up to 10 blank products for the purpose of sampling with the intention of placing an order through our sales staff or directly through our webstore.

2. Ensure you add the text SAMPLE in the instructions section when you check out.

3. You can return your samples for a store credit only if the following is met:

a. All samples can only be returned if the items are in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

b. All samples must be clean and in orginal condition as supplied by HolyShirt.

4. Sample returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from invoice date.

5. HolyShirt do not refund for sample stock returned.

6. Return postage costs are to paid for by the client.
